I decided to do this meditation while lying in bed. Gui’s soothing voice and assuring expertise soon had me drifting on a cloud. I actually fell asleep during a pause. Gui’s gentle voice woke me, but I soon felt sleepy again. I just want to close my eyes now and dream. Thank you Gui. Namaste. 😴🙏🏻⭐️
