    This recorded meditation can be followed anytime and many times. After a physically active day, followed by a shower, Gui’s soothing voice enfolds one like a soft warm blanket of reassurance. The colour Green of Nature and the colour Yellow of Sunshine create a feeling of well-being and love. I’m now so relaxed and filled with joy. Thank You Gui. Namaste 🙏🏻
