My favourite meditation by far from Gui. Right at the start it was like being enveloped in a warm duvet of love, support and tenderness. I soon became totally relaxed and calm, moving deeper into the meditation. My thoughts condensed into one tiny drop, falling into a deep ocean of subconsciousness. I lost all sense of self.
