Following a previous night’s lack of deep REM sleep, I relaxed into GUI’s guided meditation immediately. My whole body surrender to a lightness of being. GUI’s soothing voice of kindness and expertise moved me beyond the busy-mind to a dreamy encounter of weightlessness. I fell into a euphoric drifting sleep before the meditation ended. Bliss.
